Looking for Asset Management Teams or Individuals for management of affordable housing community with oversight of up to ten other properties. May require relocation to New Mexico or West Texas.
Asset Managers should be organized and have excellent people skills. Strong communication and computer skills important. Minimum five years experience in apartment management or equivalent professional position. Experience with Tax Credit, RD Rental Assistance, or HUD housing a major plus.
Asset management duties include but are not limited to - hiring and oversight of on-site staff; on-site file reviews; annual budgeting; community, vendor and agency relations. Requires weekly travel.
