About JL Gray

The JL Gray Company, Inc. is a fully integrated company that acquires, develops, and manages multi-family residential communities in the Southwest.

Jack Curry and Scot Fishburn began JL Gray Company in 1985 with 8 properties totaling 320 apartments. Like the typical startup story, this operation was literally housed in Scot Fishburn’s garage. In the same year, Bobby Griffith began his career in the affordable housing industry.
